In this week's episode, we chat about Christmas movies, board games, and breakfast ideas. We also discuss Maggie's unique strategy for staying healthy during the holidays, and what motivates us to change.

For this week's Christmas segment, we discuss our favorite Christmas movies. Here's our list of Christmas classics:

In addition to discussing the similarities between Maggie's chart and a potty-training scheme, we also discuss what motivates us to change. What motivates you to change behavior? Positive or negative reinforcement? Accountability?
On the topic of healthy eating, this week's advice section was all about healthy breakfast options. A few of Maggie's recommendations are:
